My favorite Napa Winery is Iron Horse. When driving there, you feel like you are lost on some tiny country road. It is quaint, and they produce great sparkling wines.

I love Charles Krug, ALWAYS wonderful cabernet! I also love Sattui winery. Loved it 25 years ago when it was just a small winery on hwy 29 making great reds, now it is a castle!

My favorite winery was Benneserre, a small family owned one, off the beaten path. Or Gloria Ferrar sparkling wine. Beautiful grounds and YUMMY wines.

I like a number of the wineries in the Yountville/Oakville/St. Helena area, but Caymus (for the friendly proprietor and educational aspects of the tasting) and the Napa Wine Company (for the wide selection of small winery selections in one place) were standouts for me.
