My favorite Napa Winery is Iron Horse. When driving there, you feel like you are lost on some tiny country road. It is quaint, and they produce great sparkling wines.

I like a number of the wineries in the Yountville/Oakville/St. Helena area, but Caymus (for the friendly proprietor and educational aspects of the tasting) and the Napa Wine Company (for the wide selection of small winery selections in one place) were standouts for me.
