The cut srystal wine decanters(2) that my Dad brought back from Europe after WWII. They cost pennies then and are worth a fortune today and have been on our holiday and rites-of-passage and other celebrations tables ever since 1946. They are so loved that everyone takes especial care to be careful with them. When we took them to a dealer to find out some of their history she said she was amazed that they had no cracks or chips and surmized that they had never been used.

I have a wine chiller that goes into the freezer before you use it and then you can keep your wine chilled on the table once it is open. I think that is kind of cool!
