Tacos El Fenix Ensenada Fish Taco by The Masa AssAssin
You can make fish tacos a thousand ways (and frankly, it's much nicer to hop on a plane to Texas or California and buy them than to make your own...but we digress), but this easy recipe from Bobby Flay will make you feel virtuous with the grilled instead of fried cooking method. Wash them down with a glass or two of Vinho Verde, which makes a perfect match with seafood of all kinds, raw, grilled, steamed, or fried.
